Return Policy

Callaway Golf Europe wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of shipment for a full refund of the product purchase price. This returns policy is offered in accordance to your statutory rights. This refund does not include the cost of any delivery charges (where applicable).

Please note that Callaway Golf Europe reserves the right to refuse a refund outside of the 14-day refund period stated above unless the product is deemed faulty or unsatisfactory.

To qualify for a refund:

1. E-mail eu.CGPOsupport@callawaygolf.com within 14 days of delivery and request a Return Authorisation.

2. Choose if you would like Callaway Golf Europe to provide you with a return shipping label (charged at the UPS standard rate), or if you would prefer to send your return back via your own courier partner. Where a private courier is used, please retain all tracking information.

3. The club must be complete with all parts and accessories intact.

4. The club must be returned in its original condition. (for example - if the club was purchased in the "Very Good" condition category, after testing in real world conditions the club should still meet the 'Very Good' condition category upon it's return. If the club has sustained damage which lowers the condition type, or which is classified as an unacceptable condition, Callaway Golf Europe reserves the right to refuse a refund. 5. Send your return to the below address. To help ensure quick turnaround, please ensure that your Return Authorisation number is clearly displayed on the outside of the package.

    Refunds can only be credited back to the debit/credit card, or other payment method (e.g. VISA/MasterCard) used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 working days from when the return is delivered to our distribution center for the refund amount to be credited back to the account that was used to place the order.
