Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders shipped via UPS Standard typically take up to 2 business days to arrive from the time the package leaves our facility. All orders shipped out via ground shipping within the United Kingdom will be charged according to our one-price shipping & handling rate of £4.99, regardless of the number of items shipped. We typically ship all Standard UPS service parcels within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, pending verification. UPS Standard service orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays may be delayed for an additional 24-48 hours due to high order volume over the weekend. Should you wish to receive your order sooner, please use our express delivery service. We do our best to deliver all express delivery orders placed before 11am (UTC+0) on the next business day.
Q: How can I track my order once it ships?
A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number when your order leaves our facility. We use UPS for all of our shipments. You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to track the progress of your shipment at ups.com.
Q: Do my clubs come with headcovers?
A: All Callaway Golf Europe Certified Pre-owned woods, hybrids & putters are shipped with a Callaway Golf headcover. “Like New” category products are guaranteed a matching product specific Callaway Golf headcover. All other club conditions will include at least a generic Callaway Golf head cover where the matching head cover is unavailable. Unless the purchased club condition is “Like New” we can unfortunately not guarantee that it includes a matching headcover and customers should assume that the generic Callaway headcover will be included. Original Callaway Golf Headcovers: Provided we have stock, you may purchase an original model-specific headcover. These are available in various conditions.
Q: Can I customize my Certified Pre-Owned Callaway clubs?
A: Unfortunately, Callaway Golf Europe does not offer customisation on any pre-owned clubs.
Q: Do my Callaway Golf Europe Certified Pre-Owned clubs come with a warranty?
A: Callaway Golf Europe Certified Pre-Owned warrants its golf clubs are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months following the date of purchase from CGPO. CGPO will, without charge to the customer, repair the club or any part thereof which proves to be defective during normal use within the first twelve months after the date of purchase or, at its option, replace the club with a new or refurbished club. Paint and other cosmetic finishes, subject to normal wear and tear, like ball marks or scratches on the club head caused by ball strikes or failure to use headcovers, are not covered by this warranty but can be repaired for a fee.
