How are shipping costs calculated?
Unless otherwise selected, all orders and trades are shipped on our standard service which is charged at a fixed rate as outlined in the rates & delivery terms above. Should you select express delivery, we charge a fixed rate as outlined in the rates and delivery terms above. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and applied on checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will received a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking information. Transit times may vary depending on the delivery destination that you have selected. Please refer to our delivery terms above and track your order for a more accurate estimate.
